area of the rhombus is 15cm^2
diagonal 1 (d1)=5cm
diagonal 2(d2)=x
area=1/2*d1*d2
15=1/2*5*x
30=5x
x=6 cm
Therefore the another diagonal is 6cm

Heya user Here is Your Answer

given \: area \: of \: rhombus \:  = 15cm \\ length \: of \: 1 \: of \: the \: diagonal \:  = 5cm \\ to \: find \:  -  \: length \: of \: the \: other \: diagonal \\ since \: area \: of \: rhombus \:  =  \frac{d1 \times d2}{2}  \\ therefore \: \\ 15 =  \frac{5 \times d2}{2}  \\ or \:  \frac{5 \times d2}{2}  = 15 \\ 5 \times d2 = 15 \times 2 \\ 5 \times d2 = 30 \\ d2 =  \frac{30}{5}  \\ d2 = 6 \\ therefore \: the \: length \: of \: the \: other \: diagonal \: is \: 6cm
