In the question, it is given that one of its diagonal is 5 cm. Let the length of 2nd diagonal be x cm

So, length of 1st diagonal = 5 cm

     length of 2nd diagonal = x  cm

We know that the area of rhombus is half of product of  its diagonals. In the question area of the given rhombus is 20 cm^2.

∴ 20 cm^2 = \dfrac{1}{2} \times x \times 5 \:cm^2

⇒ 20 cm^2 x 2 = x × 5 cm^2

⇒ 20 x 2 = 5x

\dfrac{40}{5} = x

⇒ 8 = x

Therefore the length( value ) of other diagonal is x cm = 8 cm.
