Answer:

in a right triangle the area is 1/2base x height.

240= 1/2 x base x 30. thus base =16m

By Pythagoras theorem

(Hypotenuse)2 = (30)2 + (16)2

Thus,

hypotenuse = whole root of 1156 34m

Perimeter of the triangle = 34 +30 + 16

thus, Perimeter =80m

Answer:

perimeter = base/2 * height

base = 30 m

area = 240 m^2

height = 15 * H = 240

H = 240 / 15 = 16

the hipotenuse^2=B^+H^2

THERE FORE, Hi^2 = 30^2+16^2

Hi^2 = 900+256

Hi^2 = 1156

Hi = \sqrt{x}1156

Hi = 34

therefore P = 34 + 16 + 30

p = 80
