Radius = 70cm.
Diameter = 2 × Radius = 70×2 = 140cm.
Lets draw the figure.
We know that If a square is inscribed in a circle then the diameter of the circle must be diagonal of the square.
Thus, we can conclude that diagonal = diameter.
Thus, diagonal of square = 140 cm.
Now, we know that Side of a square = diagonal ÷ √2
= 140 ÷ √2
= (140×√2)÷(√2×√2)
=(140√2)÷2
=70√2cm.
Area of square = side²
=(70√2)²
=9800 cm².
