We know that,

Area of circle = πr² ----(1)

Perimeter of circle = 2πr ----(2)

Given,

Area of circle = 2 x Perimeter of circle

πr² = 2 x 2πr ----{ from (1) & (2)

πr² = 4πr

r² = 4r

r² / r = 4

r = 4

∴ Radius is 4 units.
