If the area of the first rectangle, the area of second rectangle which is 6 m longer than the length of the first rectangle and the width of the first rectangle are 4 m less than the width of the first rectangle, similarly the area of the first rectangle is equal to the area of the third rectangle, the length of which is 8 meter longer than the length of the first rectangle and 5 meter less than the width of the first rectangle. Find the length and width of first rectangle? ​

area of second rectangle =(l+6)(b-4)

lb=(l+6)(b-4)

lb=lb-4l+6b-24

6b-4l=24

3b-2l=12@eqn1

lb=(l+8)(b-5)

lb=LB-5L+8b-40

8b-5l=40@eqn2

By solving the above equations,

l=24;b=20
