Solution :

Firstly,

  • Solve the given area using middle term spliting method

= {\sf{{(4x)}^{2}}} + 4x - 3

= {\sf{{(4x)}^{2}}} + 6x - 2x - 3

= 2x( 2x + 3 ) - (2x + 3)

= (2x + 3) (2x - 1)

Thus,

  • The possible expression for the length and breadth is :-

Length = (2x + 3)

Breadth = (2x - 1)
