if the area of the rectangle is 4x²+4x-3,then find its possible dimensions​

4x²-2x+6x-3=0

2x(2x-1) -3(2x-1)=0

2x-3=0 or 2x-1 =0

x=3/2 or x=1/2

hence length is 3/2 and breadth is 1/2
