Answer:

Area= length × breadth

let's take breadth as being

so length =2b (given)

we know that

2b×b=128cm square

2b square= 128

b square= 128/2

b square =64

b= square root of 64

b= 8

breadth = 8 cm

length = 16 cm

Answer:

hope it will help

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of rectangle (a) = 128cm²

length of rectangle (l) = 2×b = 2b

breadth of rectangle (b) = ?

we know,

Area of rectangle (a) = l × b

                         128 = 2b ×b

                           128 = 2b²

                         128÷2 = b²

                          64 = b²

                            8² = b²

                             b = 8cm

now,

l = 2b

l = 2×8

l = 16

Thank you
