area of rhombus=1/2 × diagonal1 × diagonal2

let 8cm be diagonal 1

so, 100=1/2 × 8× diagonal2

diagonal2= 25 cm

hence length of other diagonal is 25cm

Answer:

area of rhombus = 1/2 * diagonal 1 * diagonal 2

let length of other diagonal be a

100cm^2 = 1/2 * 8*a

a = 100/8 * 2

a = 24 cm

therefore length of other diagonal is 24 cm
