area of saucer=346.5cm^2
so,. πr^2=346.5 cm^2
r^2=346.5÷π
r^2=110.29
r=√110.29
r=10.5
radius=10.5 cm
circumference=2πr
=2×22/7×10.5
=69.57
So,the circumference of the saucer is 69.57cm
