Given,

  • The Area of Trapezium 32cm².
  • The Parallel Sides are 6cm and 10cm.

To Find,

  • The Height of Trapezium.

Solution,

First Parallel Side = 6cm

Second Parallel Side = 10cm

Area of Trapezium = 32cm²

Area of Trapezium = 32cm² •••(Given)

½ × (Sum of Parallel Sides) × Height = 32cm²

→ 32cm² = ½ × (6cm + 10cm) × Height

→ 32cm² = ½ × 16cm × Height

→ 32cm² = 8cm × Height

→ 32cm²/8cm = Height

→ Height = 4cm

Required Answer,

The Height = 4cm
