area= 108cm sq
height= 12 cm
area of trapezium = 1/2(sum of llel sides of trapezium)x height
108= 1/2( a+b) x 12
108/12 = 1/2(a+b)
9 x 2= a+b
18 = sum of llel sides
height= 12 cm

Area of a trapezium= 1/2 × sum of parallel sides × height.......................( formula)
Therefore let □ ABCD is a trapezium and seg DM be the height
Area of trapezium= 1/2 ×(AB + DC) × AM
108 = 1/2 × (AB + DC) × 12
108 = (AB + DC) × 6
AB + DC = 108/6
AB + DC = 18 cm
Just check it out the answer as i m not sure if it will be correct or not.
AND
try to draw the diagram on ur own as i don't have camera option.
