 area \: of \: traingle = \sqrt{}s \: (s - a)(s - b)(s - c) \\ \sqrt{} 12(12 - 10)(12 - 8)(12 - 6) \\ \sqrt{} 12 \times 2 \times 4 \times 6 \\ \sqrt{} 24 \times 24 \\ 24.

area \: of \: rectangle = (l \times b) \\ 24 = l \times 4 \\ l = 6 \\ \\

perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b) \\ 2 \times( 6 + 4) \\ 20.
