Formula for Area of Rectangle =

L X B

Area of the given rectangle =  4x^{3} + 4x - 3

So,  4x^{3} + 4x - 3 = L \times B

To find the dimensions, we have to factorise the given area,

4 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 3 \\  =  > 4 {x}^{2}  - 2x + 6x - 3 \\  =  > 2x(2x - 1) + 2(2x - 1) \\  =  > (2x + 2)(2x - 1)

On, factorising we get, the dimensions

L = \bold{(2x+2)}

B =  \bold{(2x - 1)}
