so (a+b)/2 = 9.5
a+b = 9.5×2
a+b = 19

now average of a,b,c,d
(a+b+c+d)/4 =16
a+b+c+d = 16×4 = 64
19 + c+d = 64 [put the value of a+b = 19]
c+d = 64 - 19
c+d = 45

average of c,d
(c+d)/2 = 45/2
(c+d)/2 = 22.5
average of c&d = 22.5
