(Height)^2= (hypotenuse )^2-(base )^2
100-36=64=8

Area= 1/2 * base * height
1/2*6*8
24 cm ^2..

A=a+b/2

A=10cm,a=6cm,b=x cm

10=6+x/2

20=6+x

20-6=x

x=14
