given:-
base of the right angle triangle=15cm
hypotenuse=25cm
by Pythagoras thereom we will find the length of the other side.
a²+b²=c²
15²+b²=25²
225+b²=625
b²=625-225
b²=400
b=√400
b=20cm
hence length of the other side is 20cm.
area of the triangle=1/2×h×b
=1/2×20×15
=10×15
=150cm²
