6cm2

steps
base is 6cm so if a median is imagined then it will be divided into 3 CM
now the perimeter is 16 and the triangle is isosceles so the remaining two sides would be equal so they will be divided into 5 and 5 centimetre now by Pythagoras theorem 5 Sai square minus 3 square that is root of 25 - 9 which is four and formula for area of triangle is half of base into height the product of base into height is 12 so it's half would be 6 centimetre square that's the area

HI FRIEND ✋✋

BASE = 6CM

ONE SIDE OF THE TRIANGLE = X

PERIMETER = 16 CM

2X + 6 = 16

X = 5 CM

AREA BY HERONS FORMULA

S = ( 5 + 5 + 6 )/2

S = 8

AREA = √[ S ( S - A ) ( S - B ) ( S - C) ]

AREA = √ [ 8 ( 8 - 5 ) ( 8 - 5 ) ( 8 - 6 ) ]

AREA = √ [ 8 × 3 × 3 × 2 ]

AREA = √ [ 144 ]

AREA = 12 CM²
