If the blood platelets are reduced in a human due to some reasons then the blood will not clot easily
If a small cut is there then a huge amount of blood will flow

blood platelets are responsible for the blood clotting and if the blood vessel ruptures down it heals the blood vessels...if it got affected then it wil not be able to do the same and it will cause lot of loss of blood in body and it may cause death of a person.
