No It is depending on your hand writing if u write nice and clean it will be easy or if you dirty handwriting it will be tough
No it will be dependent on his exam how he wrote it .But always he should be confident on his ans what he wrote but not on handwriting
Handwriting also means neatness, not always a cursive writing

depends on boards
talking about state boards... I really don't know
talking about icse....the copy checkers are requested to give marks as much as possible
talking about cbse.....same as icse
but sometimes it depends on the moods of the teachers too
