If a body rolls perfectly on a surface then the speed is maximum at the highest point whereas at the point of contact , it is minimum.

As there is no slipping at B ,

                                    v=Rw

                                   V_{b}=0

                                 V_{a}= v+Rw =2v

Velocity of any point P:   0 ≤V_{c} ≤2v

In addition ,Angular velocity is same at different points of a rigid body.
