No, a person cannot live if the bone marrow is damaged. Bone marrow prepares Red Blood Cells (RBCs) and White Blood Cells (WBCs). If they are damaged, they would not be able to prepare sufficient amount of RBCs and WBCs. As a result, the person would become weaker and die.

No, a person can't live without bone marrow because it prepares wbc & rbc.

If they are damaged they are not able to prepare sufficient wbc & rbc. It results that the person may die.
