if the breadth of a rectangular table is 2 by 3 of its length and if the length of the table is 6 find the perimeter of the table​

Let the length be 'l' and breadth be 'b'

Given, l = 6 units

b = 2  

    -----  ×    l

      3

 = 2 × 6

 ------------

       3

⇒ b = 4 units

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 × (l + b)

                                      = 2 × ( 6 + 4 )

                                      = 2 × 10

                                      = 20 units
