SINCE CENER OF CIRCLE AND A POIN ON IS CIRCUMFERENCE IS GIVEN ,herefore e can find radius by distance formula
$R= \sqrt{ (7-5)^{2}+ (-3-2)^{2} } \\ R= \sqrt{ 2^{2}+ (-5)^{2} } \\ R= \sqrt{29}$
therefore Area of circle =$\pi R^{2}$
                                  =3.14* 29
                                  =91.06
