your stomach acid can dissolve metal

we all know about stomach acid and how it helps us digest the food we eat. but did you know that this acid in your stomach is so strong that it can even dissolve metal?

stomach acid also called gastric acid for gastric juice is composed of hydrochloric acid HCL and potassium chloride KCL and sodium chloride Na CL. concentration of hydrochloric acid in the stomach is about 0.5 percent or 5000 parts per million.

because it is in less amount in human body for eg hcl is very strong acid but it is also present in our stomach but if it will be released in excessive amount then it will definitely harm our stomach also
