If the chew rice ,or bread ,for a few minuts ,it stars tasting aweet.

It is because of the starch molecules present in the rice and bread. When we chew them the enzymes of our mouth start attacking the starch molecules which further convert it into glucose. So it is the glucose which provides sweet taste.
