n= haploid no. of chromosomes in organisms

2n= diploid no. of chromosomes in organisms

  1. mesophyll tissue= tissue present in the leaf of plants. its the vegetative or sporophytic part have the whole set of genome...2n =40 chromosomes
  2. radical = it's originate from the hypocotyl region of the embryonic Axis which give rises to roots ...also a vegetative part....2n=40
  3. spore mother cells= these are responsible for producing spores by going meiosis....in any organisms meiosis occurs in diploid cells....so its also has 2n=40...chromosomes
  4. endosperm nucleus = its formed by the triple fusion of polar nulei(2n) and male gamete(n) in the female embryo sac during double fertilization...2n+n=3n=60 no of chromosomes
  5. pollen= its male gametophyte form by the reduction division or meiosis in the spore mother cells ..occurs in microsporangium. They are haploid cells...n=20 chromosomes
