if the CI on a sum of money for 3 years at the rate of 2% per annum is 306.04, then what will be the SI. please answer in notebook.​

step 1 :given

1) CI = 306.04

2)Rate of interest = 2 % P. a

3) number of year = 3years

step 2 : To find

1) SI for the same condition

step 3 :Calculation of principal (P)

CI =p x (1+r/100)n=P

306.04=P x (1+2/100)³-P = P(102/100)³-P.

306.04=P(1.061208-1)

P=306.04/0.061208 = 5000RS

step 4 = simple interest (SI) Calculation

SI= PTR/100=5000X2X3/100 =300RS

therefore simple interest will be 300RS for.
