Here's the answer you are looking for

The perimeter of a circle is 2πr where r is the radius of the circle.
And it's area is πr²

If area = perimeter

Then,

2πr = πr²

2 = πr² / πr = r

Therefore, if r is 2units then the area and perimeter of the circle would be numerically equal.

Circumference of a circle= 2πr
Area of a circle= π r2

Now,
Area= circumference
π r2 = 2πr
We get r= 2.
Because pie will be cancel and one r 'll also be cancelled so the value becomes 2= r
