radius=3.5cm
Diameter= 2 x radius = 7cm
Perimeter of quarter circle =
((1 \div 4) \times \pi \times diameter )  + diameter
=
1 \div 4 \times 22  \div 7 \times 7 + 7
= 12.5

Answer:

The perimeter of the quarter circle is 12.5 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : If the circumference of a circle with radius 3.5 cm and center O is 22 cm.

To find : The perimeter of the quarter of the circle?

Solution :

Circumference of circle C= 22 cm

Radius r=3.5 cm

Quarter=\frac{1}{4}th of circle

Perimeter of quarter of the circle is given by,

P=2r+\frac{C}{4}\\\\P=2\times 3.5+\frac{22}{4}\\\\P=7+5.5\\\\P=12.5

Therefore, The perimeter of the quarter circle is 12.5 cm.
