Answer:

it should be a circle instead of a triangle

r = 7m, d = 14m

2×pie×r = circumference

= 132m

r = 132÷(2×pie)

= 7m

d = 2r

= 14m

Correct Question :-

  • If the circumference of a Circle is 132 meters . Then calculate radius and diameter ( take π=22÷7)

 \\  \\

Given :-

  • Circumference = 132m

 \\  \\

To Find :-

  • Radius and Diameter of the circle.

 \\  \\

Solution :-

 \\

➟ Circumference of Circle = 2πr

➟ 132 = 2 × 22/7 × Radius

➟ 132/2 = 22/7 × Radius

➟ 66 = 22/7 × Radius

➟ 66 × 7 = 22 × Radius

➟ 462/22 = Radius

➟ 21m = Radius

________________

 \\

➟ Diameter of Circle = 2 × Radius

➟ Diameter of Circle = 2 × 21

➟ Diameter of Circle = 42m

________________

 \\

So, Radius = 21m and Diameter = 42m

Formulas Related to Circles :-

  • Circumference = 2πr
  • Area = πr²
  • Diameter = 2r
  • Radius = Diameter/2
