Inserting the values in the equation,

Multiplying the numbers in numerator,

 : \implies \rm \: 440 =   \dfrac{22 \times 2}{7} \times  r

By multiplying,

 : \implies \rm \: 440 =   \dfrac{44}{7} \times  r

Now, transposing 7 to L.H.S and multiplying it with 440,

 : \implies \rm \: Radius = 440  \times 7  = 44 \\

On multiplying,

 : \implies \rm \: Radius  = 3080  = 44  \\

Now, dividing 3080 by 44,
