the dimensions of the Solid right
circular cone are,
Slant height ( l ) = 12 cm
Circumference of
the base( C ) = 236cm
C = 2πr = 236 cm
πr = 236 / 2 = 118 cm ----( 1 )
Therefore ,
Curved surface area of
the cone ( A ) = πrl
= 118 × 12
= 1416 cm
Required curved surface area
of the cone =A = 1416 cm
