\underline{\textbf{Given:}}

\textsf{Circumference of the circle is 132 m}

\underline{\textbf{To find:}}

\textsf{Radius and diameter of the circle}

\underline{\textbf{Solution:}}

\underline{\textbf{Concept used:}}

\boxed{\mathsf{Circumference\;of\;a\;circle\;of\;radius\;r=2\pi\,r}}

\textsf{Circumferernce of the circle=132 m}

\implies\mathsf{2\,\pi\,r=132}

\implies\mathsf{2{\times}\dfrac{22}{7}{\times}r=132}

\implies\mathsf{r=\dfrac{132{\times}7}{2{\times}22}}

\implies\mathsf{r=\dfrac{6{\times}7}{2}}

\implies\mathsf{r=3{\times}7}

\implies\boxed{\mathsf{r=21\;m}}

\mathsf{Diameter=2{\times}Radius}

\mathsf{Diameter=2{\times}21}

\implies\boxed{\mathsf{Diameter=42\;m}}

Answer:

circumference of the circle=2πr=132

then

2×22/7×r=132

r=132×7/22×1/2

=3×7

=21

diameter=2r

=2×21

=42
