If the circumference of the circle is 44 cm and sum of two sides of a square is 22cm then find the area of circle and square

Answer:

circle

c=44

2πr=44

r=44×7/22×2

r=7

area of circle=πrsq.

=22/7×7×7

=154cmsq.

Square

sides=11[because the perimeter of sq. is 4×side, therefore side =22/2]

area of sq. =side ×side

=11×11

=121cmsq.
