Hey friend , Harish here

Here is your answer:

Given that,

Circumference of circle = 44cm

To find,

The area of the circle.

Solution,

We know that,

Circumference = 2 \pi r

→ 44 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times r

→ r =  \frac{7 \times 44}{2\times 22}

→ r = 7 \ cm

Then,

Area =  \pi r^{2}

→  =  \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7

→ = 22 \times 7

→ = 154 \ cm^{2}

Therefore area of the circle is 154 cm².

Solution:

_____________________________________________________________

We know that,

Perimeter of circle = 44 cm.,.

=> 2πr = 44

=> πr = 22

=> \frac{22}{7} r = 22

=> r = 7 cm,.

_______________________________

Area of circle = πr²

=>  \frac{22}{7} (7)(7)

=> 22(7)

=> 154cm²,.
