\sf \Large Solution!!

Circumference = 44 m

Formula to circumference = 2πr

Circumference = 2πr

44 m = \sf 2\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times r

\sf r=\dfrac{7}{\cancel{44}}\times \cancel{44}\:m

r = 7 m

r is the radius of the circle.

Now, we have the radius, we can easily find out the area.

Area = πr²

Area = \sf \dfrac{22}{7}\times (7\:m)^{2}

Area = 154 m²

Answer:

circumfernce of the circle = 44 m

2πr = 44

πr = 22

r = (22)7/22

r = 7m

Area = πr² = 22/7 (7)² = 154m²
