Here it is given that d = 5
a13 - a7
= a + 12d - (a + 6d)
= a + 12d - a - 6d( plus and minus a get cancel)
=12d - 6d
Substituting 'd' by 5
= (12× 5) - (6 × 5)
= 60 - 30
= 30
