If the Constitution of Indian completed in 26th of November 1949, then why it came into effect on 26th of January 1950?

It was because the constitution makera wanted to get the constituion came into effect on any sognificant day and because on this day (26 jan) 1930 when Declaration of Indian Independence (Purna Swaraj) was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress as opposed to the Dominion status offered by British Regime. Therefore, constituion came into effect from 26th january 1950.
