 Given \: P(-2,3) \: and \: Q(-3,5)

 \blue{i) Abscissa \: of \: P}\\</p><p> = x - coordinate \: of \: P\\</p><p>= -2 \: --(1)

 \blue{ii) Abscissa \: of \: Q}\\</p><p> = x - coordinate \: of \: Q\\</p><p>= -3 \: --(2)

 \red{ ( Abscissa \: of \: O) - ( Abscissa \: of \: Q ) }

 = -2 - ( -3 ) \: [ From \: (1) \: and \: (2) ]

 = -2 + 3

 = 1

Therefore.,

 \red{ ( Abscissa \: of \: O) - ( Abscissa \: of \: Q ) }

\green { = 1 }
