We know that-
Cost of 10 litres = ₹1500
So-
We will first find the cost of 1 litre of oil,
Cost of 1 litre = 1500 divided by 10
= cost of 1 litre =₹ 150
Now, we will multiply the cost of 1 litre of oil (₹150) will 6 litres.
Cost of 1 litre = ₹150
Cost of 6 litres = ₹150 multiplied by 6 = ₹900
Hence, cost of 6 litres = ₹900
