Cost of 100 Bricks = ? ( Let x )

Using Proportion method We have,

1250 : 100 = 13000 : x

x = ( 13000 * 100 ) / 1250

x = 1300000 / 1250

Hence Cost of 100 Bricks is Rs 1040
