if the cost of 5 metre cloth is 50 rupees find the cost of 8 metre cloth

so if 5m=£50
so 8m=?
=8×50/5
8×10=£80

so cost of 1 m cloth=?
=> 50÷5
=>10
now. if cost of 1 m cloth =rs 10
then cost of 8 m cloth= 10×8
=> rs 80
