= 64 m

Let the breadth be x

Perimeter of rectangle
= 2(L + B)

64 = 2(20+x)

=> 2x + 40 = 64

=> 2x = 64-40

=> 2x = 24

=> x = 24/2 = 12

Area of rectangle = L × B
