Answer:

Value of plot (P) = Rs 45,00,000

r = 3 % p.a

t = 2 years

S.I=

100

p×r×t

=

100

45,00,000×3×2

=2,70,000

∴ Amount speed on accessories = Rs 2,70,000

and price after 2 years =

Rs 45,00,000

+270, 000

___________

Rs 47,70,000

Present cost of a plot of land = Rs50000

Cost of land increases at the rate of 10%

∴ In first year cost increases =  10% of Rs50000= Rs 5000

New cost of the land will be after finishing first year =Rs( 50000 + 5000)=Rs 55000.

In second year cost of the land will be = Rs 55000

Now 10% cost will increase of Rs55000;

∴ In second year the cost will increase = Rs 55000 of 10%= Rs 5500

New cost of the land after second year =(Rs 55000 + Rs 5500) =Rs 60500

In Third year cost of the land will be = Rs 60500.

Now again 10% cost will increase = Rs 60500 of 10% = Rs 6050

After third year the cost of land will be =Rs ( 6050 + 60500)=Rs 66550.

Ans:- After third year the cost of land will be Rs 66550.
