Let SP of 1 article be x

SP of four articles be 4x

CP of 6 articles = SP of four articles

CP of 6 articles = 4x

But SP of 6 Articles = 6x

SP > CP , it is a profi

Profit = SP - CP

        = 6x - 4x = 2x

Profit% = (profit/cp) × 100

               = (2x/4x)100

                = 50%

Therefore there was a profit of 50%
