By flemings left hand rule were it states that the forefinger middle finger and thumb are streched perpendicular to each other.  Where the thumb indicates direction of force , fore finger indicates direction of magneticfield , and middle finger indicates direction of current.  According to the rule  The direction of force on the conductor is outside.  #hope it helps
