therefore, as the sides are in ratio 12:5,
side A = 12x, side B = 5x
Therefore,
(12x)2 + (5x)2 = (65)2
144x2 + 25x2 = 4225
169x2 = 4225
x2 = 4225/169
x2 = 25
x = √25
X = 5
side A = 12×5= 60cm
side B = 5×5= 25cm
