We know that the sum of all angles in a quadrilateral is 360°

Then, According to question,

$4x + 7x + 9x + 10x = 360$
$= > 30x = 360$
$= > x = \frac{360}{30}$
$= > x = 12$
Therefore, the angles are as following -
4x = 4 × 12 = 48°
7x = 7 × 12 = 84°
9x = 9 × 12 = 108°
10x = 10 × 12 = 120°

Hence, smallest angle = 48° and largest angle = 120°
